MSU Economics research roundup: Doblas-Madrid, Imberman, Kirkpatrick and Ziv

Department faculty have been featured in the media, given presentations and published their research

In the Media

Professor Imberman was also featured in MSUToday in the story, “Five years after COVID-19 shutdown, 20 MSU experts share lessons learned, lasting impacts and outlook,” with a quote about the COVID pandemic and education and online learning.

Additionally, Professor Imberman’s research was featured in MSUToday news story, “MSU study highlights negative impact of COVID-19 pandemic on special education students in Michigan.” 

Antonio Doblas-Madrid, associate professor, is highlighted in MSUToday with quote and as expert in media release, “Trump White House actions to date: MSU experts can comment.”

Presentations

On February 4, Justin Kirkpatrick, assistant professor, during the third annual MSU Economics Alumni Webinar, presented his research on the electrical energy grid to over 60 alumni.
