Raduchel taught economics at Harvard for five years after which he entered the technology sector. In his career he rose to become the Chief Technology Officer at AOL-Time Warner and has been an executive or strategic advisor at Ruckus Network, Sun Microsystems, Xerox Corporation, Salvation Army, and McGraw-Hill.
