
Paul Menchik came to MSU in the fall of 1979 and holds a Ph.D. from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania. Menchik has taught courses in Public Economics and in US Income Inequality. In addition, he has served as Department Chair and Director of Graduate Programs. Over the years he has advised three state governments and five US government agencies and when on leave he has served as Senior Economist for Economic Policy for the White House Office of Man
