Soren Anderson is an Associate Professor of Economics and Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics at Michigan State University. He has studied a range of issues in energy and environmental economics, including markets for oil, gasoline, and biofuels, energy efficiency in cars, the political economy of carbon pricing, and energy transition in the residential and transportation sectors. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in economics from Macalester College
